The Services may enable you to use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third Party Services”).

You also understand and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Accounts

If using any part of our Services requires you to have an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register an account.

Disclaimer

We provide our Services on an “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Educemy and its service providers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 

Neither Educemynord nor its suppliers nor licensors warrant that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. 

You acknowledge that you download or otherwise obtain content or services through our Services at your discretion and risk.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services shall be governed by the laws of the USA.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the USA.

Changes

We may amend these Terms at any given time and our only discretion.

If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting them on our website or by email or other notification before the changes take effect. The notice will specify a reasonable time after which the new terms will become effective.

If you disagree with our changes, you must stop using our Services in the notice period or after the changes take effect.

The new terms will cover your further use of our Services.
