We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell.

Which organisations are gathering the data?

We also subscribe to third-party service vendors (e.g., credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks), which may provide credit, insurance and escrow services and collect information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. 

We do not have control over the third parties' use of such information, but we do request that they disclose how they use such personal information given to them from Visitors and Authorized Customers. Many of these third parties may be intermediaries, meaning that they are only links in the distribution chain and do not store, retain, or use the information they are to receive.

How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?

We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, offer appropriate services, and fulfil buying and selling requests.

We use cookies for different purposes. We use Cookies to learn about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use cookies to help provide security for our authorised customers. For example, if an authorized customer has logged on and the site is idle for over 10 minutes, we will automatically log out of the authorized customer.

How does Educemy use login information?

Educemy may use your login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user's movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

What third-party service providers collect Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?

Educemy has established and may continue to establish, relationships and other alliances with vendors. Such vendors may have access to limited Personally Identifiable Information on a need-to-know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. 

They may collect and use this information under their privacy policy. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to meet the law. We may disclose PII in order to comply with a court order, a subpoena, or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We may also reveal Personally Identifiable Information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property or safety.

How Does a Site Protect Personally Identifiable Information?

Our security policy and procedures are familiar to all of our employees. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is kept on secured servers. It is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who have been provided a password in order to gain access to the information. Can a Visitor remove or suspend Personally Identifiable Information obtained by the Site?

The Site provides visitors and Capable customers with a means to use personally identifiable information from the Site's database by contacting them. However, due to backups and logs of deletions, complete removal of a Visitor's entry (without residual data) may not be possible. Suppose a person requests the deactivation of Personally Identifiable Information. 

In that case, that information will be functionally deleted, and we won't sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information regarding that person in any manner thereafter.

If the Privacy Policy Changes, What will happen?

We will notify our Visitors and Authorized Customers about changes in our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, suppose we are going to use Personally Identifiable Information in a manner different from that which a Visitor or Authorized Customer has requested. 

In that case, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to notify such Visitor or Authorized Customer of the change and provide such Visitor or Authorized Customer with an opportunity to prevent such use.
